hello everyone Welcome to our Channel today we will make two Turkish egg side dish recipes Turkish style poed eggs chillbill and semis scrambled eggs miniman both can be had along with Breads and roties for breakfast as well as for dinner [Music] this recipe doesn’t have any specific measurement of ingredients you can increase and decrease the quantity as per your preference take roughly 2 tbspoon of nons CD into this add one garlic pot finely chopped [Music] here I am adding some finely chopped coriander leaves this is optional followed by4 to half teaspoon lemon juice and some [Music] salt mix all the ingredients well [Music] our next step is to make perfect boach eggs first we will keep some water on a Stow to boil when bubbles start appearing on the bottom add 2 tbspoon of vinegar in the meantime we will break an egg into a container and keep it aside as soon as water comes to a boil keep the flame low and slowly add the egg in set a timer to 2 and 1/2 minutes mix it slowly if initially you mix it too much the entire water will turn to colloidal [Music] after 2 and 1/2 minutes slowly take it out and keep it on the curd that we prepared earlier similarly make one more post egg [Music] sprinkle some salt all over the [Music] eggs our next step is to make chili oil here I have taken a TKA pan into it add some butter or any non-flavored oil as soon as butter melts switch off the flame and add chili powder adjust chili powder according to your spice preference slowly pour this chili oil all [Music] over here I’m also adding some finely chopped coriander leaves this is optional moving to the preparation of minimen into a pot add some butter or any non-flavored oil take two to three non-spicy green chilies deed it and cut it into small pieces along with a small piece of capsicum chop it also similarly as soon as butter melts add this in continue saing for a while take two mediumsized tomatoes you can either grate it or pury it now add this puree in keep sauteing occasionally until its rose smell goes away into this add about half a teaspoon of crushed red chilies 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder and some salt being a Turkish dish this is mildly spiced now that our masalas have cooked perfectly here I am adding some some finely chopped coriander leaves this is optional followed by a cheese slice you may add grated cheese as [Music] well wait until the cheese smells [Music] completely now slowly add eggs in [Music] [Music] wait for a couple of minutes now slowly break open a part of the Yoke slowly keep moving your spatula large chunks of egg white should be there also a part of the egg should be cooked similar to Poached Eggs this is the consistency that we are looking at at this point you can transfer it onto a serving [Music] plate hope you like this video see you soon with another one till then take care bye-bye
