ngredients ⁃ For the chips 650g potato Frylight spray 1 tbsp chip seasoning Pinch of salt
⁃ For the beef: 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1 small brown onion 1 small red pepper 500g 5% fat beef mince Chopped spring onions + sesame seeds for topping
⁃ For the sauce: 20ml soy sauce 20ml light soy sauce 40g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp garlic A smidgen of chilli paste/ flakes 1 tbsp tomato purée 60ml water
Chop the potatoes into chips and microwave for 7 minutes to soften, then spray with some fry light, add some salt and the chip seasoning. Air fry on 190C for 15-20 minutes (or oven for 40) shaking them up every so often!
Meanwhile fry off the onion, pepper and beef in the oil.
Once cooked, add the ingredients for the sauce. Stir and simmer until sticky (around 10-15 mins).
