Chalupa not fried

I was searching around the sub and saw that it can be done.
And one where someone said they couldn’t do it bc of health code. Which is false.
So I went today I asked if I could have not fired.

Then the woman said “oh no we can’t actually do that… well oh ok yea we’ll do it”
So don’t know what that was about found it funny my first time asking is the we can’t do it statment.
