I tried to buy this gift card in restaurant since it was advertised in the app. The staff in the restaurant had no idea what it was (I showed him this on my phone). He told me maybe $10 shows up in your card, if not don't complain (which was really rude). The way he told me like you got it and just leave fast. I was like ok.
But the card he gave me definitely not the promotional giftcard just normal one so I reached out to the giftcard support with the explanation above. They answered me with a template for more information (I knew it because the reply asked me email address of the purchaser, name and email address of the recipient which is not related to a in restaurant giftcard). Then I provided the info but never heard back even I resent another one.
Today i decided send another ticket and they got back to me told me to send what promotion I am talking about and they need to know to help me.
I just feel so crazy thats the only one in the app right now and i dont know why they dont even know it the why promote it???
I love Tacobell but from this time I don't know if I want buy more stuff from them. So disappointed! They did the whole showcase to talk abt their product but they dont even take care of their customers.
