PEPPER STEAK ON THE BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE | BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE RECIPES



This is how I made pepper steak on the blackstone griddle. This was an amazing pepper steak recipe! We threw in some white rice to finish it off and it turned into a great dish. Just get that griddle really hot 400-450 and cook that steak nice and good! The marinade was perfect and helped make this meal! The sauce gave this dish a nice Asian flavor and it was fabulous!This meal cost $18 and fed 5 people. Let me know if you try this and what you would change! Next time I would probably do brown rice instead of white but it was still very good!
2 lbs top sirloin cut into thin pieces
1 red, orange, yellow bell pepper
3 green peppers
Half a red onion
Half a white onion
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
~ marinade~
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
4 tbsp corn starch
Garlic salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
~sauce~
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hosin sauce
1/2 cup cold water
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar

[Music] what’s going on everybody welcome back to griddle grub today we got i already got the grill mix and hat on with burn me uh today we’re going to be cooking up a pepper steak stir-fry we got a lot of stuff here just trying to use up some stuff out of the fridge clean it up so come on in check out these ingredients and let’s get it going so right here we got two pounds of top sirloin that stuff’s been marinating for about 30 minutes i’ll put in the description everything that that consisted of we got the sauce for the end right here that’s gonna be some good stuff i know that we got some white onion and red onion we have green red yellow and orange bell pepper got some serranos got some minced garlic we’re gonna throw in there so yeah let’s just get it going got the griddle nice and hot we’re at 430 over here i got this one off high you know i’m gonna turn that one on low because i want this side to stay a little cool so i can put the food over there and then these other two burners are all the way high this is how you’re supposed to cook this type of meal high heat get it done and this is peanut oil that i’m using as well let’s get that all right let’s get this meat on here this stuff looks like it’s nice and marinated i took uh the idea from big cat 305 put the cornstarch in last after you mix everything together and it really holds all that moisture in there i like that come on get out all right try and move this stuff around a little bit so it’s not piled up all right and yeah i’m pretty much just gonna let this stuff cook up for i don’t know like a minute and then i’m gonna flip the whole thing flip everything get out of here move you around all right there we go let’s just let that cook up for a hot second now bring it right back stop cooking up really good right now so let’s start flipping it up oh baby come on in and check this out all right so the steak is getting pretty done so what i’m going to do i’m just going to take it all just move just move it on over here where it’s not it’s still warm over there but it’s not 400 degrees all right there we go i’m just going to let that finish up over here let that cool down all right now i’m going to need to clean a little spot where’s that where clean up an area for this uh uh veggies let’s get that stuff down in the corner out the way there we go all right now let’s throw a little more oil down all right all right we get this oil down right here all right got a lot of veggies see that sizzle don’t forget about these serranos either [Music] all right here we go let’s go to work so we’re about to take a little trip out of town for about a week or so so we’re trying to empty out our fridge so that’s why we got you know some red onions some white onions all the green and red and all the peppers so that’s why we did that oh boy nice and warm all right now i’m just going to chop up some of these onions that are kind of sticking together the clumps of onions just give them a little chop they fall right apart all right there we go oh all right now i’m just gonna let this stuff cook up for just a hot second and we’ll bring it right back all right we’re gonna throw a little garlic on here [Music] right like that just a little bit of garlic tablespoon all right there we go let’s go ahead mix it all in actually how we doing on these serranos getting a nice cook on those them over a little bit so i got a little more room ah got me [Music] all right there you go mix all that garlic in we’ve got another onion chop that up look at that that is smelling something good all right the wife wanted me to throw this little steak on for her so actually i’m going to get that out of here that’s done boom [Music] oh yeah getting a nice little brown on everything that’s what we want all right you know what i’m just gonna go ahead i’m gonna put this chicken in or sorry steak get this steak involved and let it cook together oh that’s gonna be good i can feel it [Music] all right this stuff is just about ready to max so that means it’s time for the sauce this amazing delicious looking sauce man this looks amazing that sauce because of the corn starch that’s in there it thickens up and man so i’m gonna dish this stuff up and we’re gonna try it all right let’s give this a try this is looking super good now we just did some quick rice in the house you know just on the stove some quick stuff you’ve seen me do rice you know the deal so let’s get a little bit of that rice my mouth is watering right now that sauce or gravy that i put over that some really good stuff all right let’s try this meat nice and tender that’s a hot pepper oh we got a good batch man some spice on that this is really good i recommend you try this and let me know if you do um i’m about to
