  2. Cholesterol (needing it to be so low it’s almost non existent) is actually a marketing myth from the medical industrial complex, designed to SELL PRESCRIPTIONS. Trust me, look it up in alternative health channels and integrative medicine doctors/naturopathic doctors usually know this as well. Blessings to you!

  3. Pasta is not healthy as it can instead make u gain fat and it mostly is based on the ingredients so please if u are reducing weight believe me eating pasta will do the complete opposite😅

  5. Are you kidding me? My Medical professional has advised not to eat Pasta as it increases cholesterol levels. Stop spreading false information in the name of marketing.

    first boil your pasta
    then take 1 or 2 red bell peppers season them and in the oven for 30 min make sure to check on it every few minutes.
    take the red bell peppers and add them to a blender with baked feta chesse
    then add your pasta and homemade dressing to a plate and enjoy you can add basil or chopped spinach on top for more taste

  7. hahaha….. Excess of any food (glucose, protein, fat and lipids) needed for body is converted into Cholesterol by our liver. Fasting is the only efficient method for reducing cholesterol, not by eating hahaha.
