Today, I’m sharing one of my all-time favorite dinner recipes: Classic Stuffed Bell Peppers!

– 2 big bell peppers
– 1 onion
– 2-3 garlic cloves
– 1 pound ground beef (400 g)
– 1 ball of mozzarella cheese (125 g)
– 3 tsp natural tomato paste (30 g)
– 1/2 cup of water
– pinch of salt
– pinch of paprika
– rosemary leaves (optional)
– 1 tsp olive oil (5 ml)
