Chicken Chili with Bones
Ingredient
Chicken 500gm
For Batter:
Plain Flour 100 gm
Egg 1pc
Paprika 1 tsp
Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 .1/2tsp
Salt and Pepper To taste
Water as required to make thick batter Green Chili
For Sauce:
Oil 2 tsp
Garlic 1clove
Capsicum 6 pcs
Onion 6pcs
Tomato 4 pcs
Ketchup 4 tsp
Sugar 1.1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chili paste As Required
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Direction:
Marinade Chicken in batter for 2-4 hrs and deep fry until golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan.
Garlic, Capsicum, Onion and Tomato cook for few sec.
Add ketchup, sugar vinegar, chili paste and salt and pepper cook for few sec.
Add fried chicken and coat evenly in a sauce and its ready to serve.
