Al Pastor at home – I live in an area where there is no good Mexican food

Used this recipe https://playswellwithbutter.com/chicken-al-pastor/ & doubled it for 3LBS of chicken thighs – added 1/4 piece of an onion and juice of 1 lime. Used Cooking Con Claudia’s tortilla recipe 😋
