Chili Chapathi Recipe

Yes…. Here is an interesting recipe prepared mainly with the leftover roti’s or chapati. The recipe is very easy to prepare and is made very similar to the Chinese or Indo Chinese Manchurian/ noodles recipe.

Let’s find out what how to make this quick Chilli Chapati recipe at home which tastes exceptionally delicious ….! Shall we?

Step 1 : Cut left over chapathi in to small pieces
Step 2 : Heat a pan & add small cube of butter
Step 3 : Add sliced onions to melted butter & add salt stir onions till they turn translucent
Step 4 : Add chillies and ginger garlic paste to onions
Step 5 : Add chopped tomatoes & stir fry
Step 6 : Add bell peppers & fry ( U can add other veggies too )
Step 7 : Add 2 spoons of sriracha, tomato ketchup & soya sauce, add salt as per taste, little water & mix it well
Step 8 : Add 1/2 spoon crushed black pepper powder, you can also add little sugar to it
Step 9 : Mix the gravy & add sliced chapathi pieces
Step 10 : Fry it for 3-4 mins & add garam masala along with chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy chili chapathi with onions
