I picked this up as well as their Ghost Aleppo Garlic Crunch after tasting both during their beta test program.
The savory flavor of the crunchy toasted garlic is a perfect companion to the slightly fruity and smoky 7 Pot Primo peppers.
There’s absolutely some heat to this but it’s approachable, maybe slightly over medium heat overall I’d say, and it’s a quick punch type of heat as opposed to a lingering burn, so a great little bottle of flavor bomb.
I just opened this a couple days ago and I’ve already gone through half the bottle. It’s great on steak, Mexican food, pizza, slices of ripe tomatoes, and I even tried it on a sliced apple for a sweet and savory treat that worked really well.
Amazing seasoning, you should get some.
