So last week I posted about me entering my first ever raw pepper eating contest and tying for first place. Today I meet up with the pepper grower at our local farmer market to talk about the peppers and get some in-site on next years contest.

This was at our local farmers market in Shreveport Louisiana. It was around 9:30 am but it was already 90 degrees with a heat index of 94 degrees…… when I did the pepper eating contest it was 100-102 with a heat index of 108-109.
