I can’t even submit an order through the app anymore. It crashes about 30 seconds in. I had to do it through the web the other day, and of course it won’t let you redeem rewards on the web for whatever goofy reason.

The app hasn’t been letting me build my own box unless I uninstall and reinstall the app every single time. Pain in the ass.
