Ingredients:
120 ml rice or white wine vinegar
210 ml water
110 g white sugar
2 clove garlic
3 tsp soy sauce or fish sauce
20 g corn flour
1 red onion
1 red serrano pepper
1 red jalapeƱo pepper
1 slice ginger
1 pinch salt
STEP 1
Start with the base blend with food processor onion, peppers, ginger, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce
STEP 2
transferred the base to non stick pan add sugar, salt, dissolve the corn flour with the water and add to the pan
STEP 3
once boiling keep whisking for 2 minute, then remove from the heat and leave to cool
Serve in small bowls as dip alongside your favourite Asian dishes
