Today I will show you how to use big green Thai chili peppers to make an easy recipe: fried stuffed chili peppers. I’ve seen a lot of cheese stuffed chillies recipes, but the one I will show you today will not be with cheese. We will use minced pork for our stuffed chili peppers. Very easy recipe, excellent snack that looks really good!

• 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 tsp black pepper seeds
• 1 coriander root
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 TBSP chopped coriander
• 2 TBSP Oyster sauce
• 2 cups of flour
