Venison Chili
Ingredients:
2lb Ground Venison
2 rough chopped small Onions
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 can Black Beans
1 can Chilli Beans
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Salsa mix
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Garlic
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Salt&Pepper to taste
Directions:
Start browning the ground venison with butter and onions. Once the meat is browned add in spices and cook for 15 minutes on medium low. After the 15 minutes add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with chilies, and drained black and chili beans. Stir until well combined and cook at medium heat for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook for additional 10 minutes. Then serve. Enjoy!
