15 min Delicious Vegetarian Chili (with audio)

Vegetarian Chili 🌶
This is an incredibly yummy and quick recipe. Hope you love it!

You’ll need
Cans of beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 bag of frozen corn
1 small can of tomato paste
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 a small onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp everything but the elote seasoning
1 tsp whole cumin
2 dried red chilli’s whole
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper

Chop the onion and garlic, rinse out the beans.
Heat the oil in a large pot, add the garlic and onion. Add the whole cumin and whole chillis and saute. Then add the whole can of tomato paste, 4 cups of water and the beans, add the rest of the spices and the bag of frozen corn, cook for like 13 minutes until thickened and cooked through.
Garnish with sour cream or yogurt, cilantro, limes, sliced jalapeno, tortillas, cheese and tomatoes.
