Kadhi Pakora is a popular North Indian dish that combines crispy fritters (pakoras) with a tangy, spiced yogurt sauce (kadhi). Here’s a brief overview:

Base: Made from yogurt and gram flour (besan).
Flavor: Spiced with turmeric, red chili powder, and other spices.
Consistency: Thick and creamy.

𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:
Yogurt : 700 gram
Gram flour : 6 tbsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Fresh chili chopped : 2 to 3
Water : 1 liter

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆:
Oil : 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds: 1/2 tsp,Fenugreek seeds: 1/2 tsp,Coriander : 1 tsp,Cumin : 1 tsp
Chopped onion : 1 large size
Ginger and garlic chopped : 1 tbsp
Dry red chili : 4 to 5
Gram flour mixture
Water : 1 liter
Now cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 35 to 40 minutes

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗮/ 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗼𝗱𝗮:
Gram flour : 2 cup
Chopped onion : 1 medium size
Chopped potato : 2 medium size
Chopped fresh chili : 3 to 4
Chopped fresh corainder
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
Pour little amount of water and mix well

𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗮:

Flame medium
Fry until color changes to golden brown

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
continue from curry:
Salt : 1 tsp
fritter

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹 / 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗱𝗸𝗮:
Butter : 1 tbsp
Oil : 4 tbsp
Dry red chili : 2
Cumin : 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili : 1/4 tsp

Chopped fresh coriander
Butter and oil tadka
