White fish & prawns/shrimp recipe inspiration. Help me with my recently caught seafood.

I'd like some tasty, traditional recipes & inspiration for prawns & whitefish (lingcod). Thinking maybe a Caldo De Cameron for prawns, and fish tacos for the whitefish? Anyways. I'd love to get creative, and be inspired.
