
I live in the UK and sadly it's been a pretty awful year weatherwise for growing (for me at least), we may just get a late harvest this year but never the less, I currently have a couple Ghost Chillies I've never cooked with before! So any suggestions?
Would love to make a hot sauce but I'm a big fan of mixing with other flavours (my big favourites to make in the past have been Mango & Habanero, pineapple, virtually anything with garlic!
