Quick tip instead of tossing the shrimp in the sauce while it cooking; try cooking the sauce and then put the shrimp in a big bowl then pour the sauce over and toss them without using a spoon, they stay crispier and you still get the divine sauce.
I saw you wrote in the description you added parsley powder do you add it on the starch powder or the sauce? But I happen not to see it in the video 🤔
