

I was just figuring out my breakfast and somehow ended up making chirozo. I knew I needed to use the chilies I had around more often so I blended them with spices, tomatoes (although not much) and garlic I had fermented in miso paste. I mixed it with ground pork.
I did eat some before it marinated for long but there's some marinating in the fridge for tomorrow.
I also have some rice and cinnamon soaking so I can make some horchata after work.
