Oatmeal and zucchini! Clean eating, healthy recipe, no flour ASMR

Recipe and ingredients:
00:00 Recipe 1
00:17 1 small zucchini.
01:05 Salt ½ tsp.
01:23 Wait 5 minutes.
01:28 Green onion 30 g.
01:58 Oatmeal 3 tbsp.
02:03 ottage cheese 2 tbsp.
02:09 2 eggs.
02:15 Mozzarella cheese 100 g.
02:20 Pepper.
02:25 Italian herbs.
04:09 In the oven 20 minutes/180°C/360°F.

04:55 Recipe 2.
2 small bananas.
Peel and cut the bananas.
Walnuts 150 gr.
Chop the bananas in a blender.
Lemon juice.
Grind walnuts in a blender.
Mix bananas and walnuts and mix well.
We get a mixture like this.
Put the mixture on parchment.
In the oven/20 minutes/200C/400F.

Oatmeal 1 cup.
1 small onion.
2 eggs.
Yogurt 2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Thyme.
Water 50 ml.
Add another 50 ml of water.
Add oat flakes in parts.
Oil for frying.
Mozzarella.

15:20 Recipe 4.
2 bananas.
Hazelnuts 1 cup.
Oatmeal 2 tbsp.
Add blueberries.
In the oven for 30-40 minutes/360°F/180°C.
Wait for the cake to cool.

17:33 Recipe 5.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Salt.
2 eggs.
Parsley.
Dry garlic.
Yogurt 3 tbsp.
Avocado oil.
Remove excess oil.
Mozzarella.

  1. Please cut short of your video. I don’t need to see all the cutting vegetables. Once you show grading cutting at the beginning, that’s enough to know what how to cut.

  10. Everything should have been mixed in a bowl and not a flat pan. The eggs, don’t get mixed in completely. Cut down on the video showing cutting vegetables. We get the point.
