Decided to give it a shot

This was on sale so I decided to pick it up. I have seen this several times and always thought it was too expensive. The funny thing about that is I’ll drop $20 on a sauce on Amazon even though there are multiple reviews of the bottle arriving broken of improperly sealed. Hopefully this is worth the price.

Yeah, that stuff is super overpriced. Maybe it is worth it at $5 a bottle

I like the flavor but definitely not worth the money. I guess that’s what happens when Jack offs like Oprah endorse your product

Some people love it, some people think it tastes and smells like dirty gym socks.

Different, not bad. Price is for the fancy bottle.

I like truffle but I don’t love this hotsauce

Basically no heat and tastes like mop water.

As always, if you like this, you can duplicate it very easily with some Valentino/Tapatio, agave syrup and “truffle infused” olive oil. The ratios vary depending on whether you’re trying to dupe the white, red or black. But you’ll come in at around $3 a bottle.

Truffles in general are a big scam. If you don’t live in Perigord and aren’t seeing it shaved it’s pretty much not real truffles (except in miniscule quantities to dodge legal liability over false advertising, as Truff does). And even if you ARE seeing it shaved, it may well be cheap Chinese truffles that have very little flavor.

  8. One of the worst sauces that’s somehow still in major retailers. I laugh every time I see the price tag

Love this, especially on fried chicken and macaroni and cheese

I got a bottle of the regular sauce for free a while ago from a friend that doesn’t like hot sauce. Good flavor but not much heat. I wouldn’t buy it at the prices I’ve seen it at. I like it on mac and cheese and I’ll add cayenne for heat.
