Mutton Chaap – more than 1/2 Kg
Curd – 300 gm.
salt to taste
Cumin seed powder – 3 Tsp
Black pepper Powder – 3 Tsp
Ginger Paste – 1 Tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil – 4 Tbsp
