ID help?

I bought an unlabeled pepper plant last year from my garden center and left some of the mature fruits out over the winter thinking the birds or squirrels would eat them and they naturally germinated this spring! Anyone know what variety they could be? The fruits start green then end up orange. I think they're pretty spicy but my GF says they're medium to low heat.

There are 5-6 plants in the orange pot alone, but I have been nervous to move them to a bigger pot while she's fruiting. Do I even need to move them before it gets cool? I'm planning on overwintering these plants (zone 8b). They are all on a south facing balcony and the one in the raised bed gets sun most of the day and I really like it's form. I've topped some of the plants in the pot to keep them small and I'm really enjoying them so far.
