The taco bell I went to won’t answer and won’t do anything about it. Idk how to contact someone literally just to get my money back 😭 I ordered the crispy chicken catina meal and both tacos i found hair and i was like what the fuck… whatever ill eat the chips and cheese and THERE WAS HAIR IN THE CHEESE!!! ( i have platinum long blonde hair, have since i was 15 it is not my hair)

Do you not have the receipt? Do a survey and say what happened or use the 1-800 support line. Taco bell takes this VERY seriously and they’ll have a 3rd party investigation maybe even state health inspector make a surprise visit.
Contact your state consumer services department and register a complaint, also contact Taco Bell corporate.
