✨Recipe:
Tomato
Onion
Cilantro
Lemons
Avocado
Green Onion
Tortillas
Corn
Chicken Breast
Taco Sauce
Refried Beans
Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Cumin
Directions:
1. Dice tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Combine in a bowl with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper and set aside.
2. Cube an avocado, and mash with green onion, and lemon juice. Set aside.
3. Sauté diced onions, corn, chicken breast, and taco sauce in medium pan. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin and mix well.
4. On a tortilla, spread refried beans and cheese, add filling, and roll up tight.
5. In a pan of oil 1 ½ inches deep, fry the chimichangas at 325°F.
6. Garnish with sour cream, prepared salsa, and gauc. Serve immediately and enjoy!! 😊

Years ago me and my sister would play with our stuffed animals and sometimes we would give them this food called chimachangas. It was a really spicy food that made you fart a lot. Now here I just realized I made that name up and found out it was a real thing 💀
