  1. There is no such thing as too much garlic! Thanks Alberto for another beautiful, easy recipe that could totally work for calamari, too (as Brad Campbell just suggested).

  2. Thanks for the shout out Albert! This is a beautiful looking dish. Here in Italy, farmers grow huge sweet bell peppers with various colors and now is prime season. I’m going to make this dish for lunch Sunday. I’m going to add some fresh hot peppers to spice up the dish. I can’t wait to try it! Thanks for another wonderful recipe!

  3. One, there is no such thing as too much garlic.
Two, as someone from Maryland, I would definitely have to add at least one teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Marylanders can’t eat any seafood without Old Bay. It wouldn’t taste right. Of course, we also put it in potato salad, Cole slaw, pasta salads, and my special treat, popcorn. It’s addictive!

  4. I ran to my deepfreezer and got GAMBAS. Bell peppers in a jar are in my pantry. And thx to your colleagues at yt, I even have garlic in my freezer. Sooo, tonight … I will dine in Spain (in my dining room at home ; )

  5. I made your chilled white bean and red peppers soup again today and I have half the jar of peppers left, this will be the highlight of my weekend. Your recipes are pure Spain, simple but balanced and so flavourful, I'm really looking forward to trying this one too. And so nourishing. I'm definitely going to use all the garlic

  6. Love all your videos! You should record some videos in the Spanish language as well, would be amazing and culturally immersive!

  7. I just made this. Superb. I served it over plain couscous and I bumped it up a notch with a little cayenne pepper.

  8. I made this with some fresh bellpeppers that I had to use up and it was fantastic! Thank you for this!

  9. I stumbled on your cooking channel, and I found your presentation and voice are so good, making the cooking easy to follow. Thank you.

  10. Delicious!
    Thank you for sharing.

  11. Have shrimp in the freezer and peppers that need to be used. I'll roast them up and make this dish! I love it when I see one of your recipes and just happen to have everything I need on hand to make it. No shopping needed! Instant gratification.

  12. May I try subbing tomatoes for the peppers? I also will include a dash of fresh thyme and finish with lemon juice and parsley.
