Hummus made with chicpeas and not lentils😂
But it doesn’t have carbs. Any vegeterian protein is a half protein and it needs carbs to make it full protein. That’s the reason we eat daal-chawal, peanut butter-bread, rajma-chawal etc. So you cannot call this dish a high protein dish
