Lmao when I worked at TB I’d make a famous bowl with 3 scoops mashed potatos, a scoop of mac & cheese, steak, nacho cheese, creamy jalapeno, corn, and black beans. It was my once a week “my weekend is over” meal and it slapped. Starch on Starch is a southern tradition lol
Or wrap a chalupa with a cheesey soft taco, add creamy jalapeno and sour cream, steak, fiesta potatoes, and dip it in my mashed potatos. Shit was fire. Hell I made poutine dozens of times, gotta love combo restaurants
