I used to travel from California to Belgium for work about 10 years ago and I would always bring some of these hot sauces with me because I could never find good hot sauce in the Low Countries. One time my rental car got broken into outside of Brussels and the thief emptied out all the hot sauce onto the dashboard, probably because there was nothing else of value in the car, but it felt extra spiteful to me. Guard these well!

Yesssss Yucateco is the best. I’m Mexican and have tried all the bottled sauces and it’s Yucateco all the way. The green habanero and XXX ones are the best!
