Roasted Pasilla & Serrano salsa with Chipotles in Adobo salsa!


Tossed the chiles, tomatoes, onions, and unpeeled garlic cloves in canola oil then salted and peppered everything. Then I blistered and charred the chiles then removed the skins… Did the same thing with the tomatoes. Then, I broiled the onions with unpeeled garlic cloves (8 total… We love garlic) and removed the skins from the garlic… I added a cup of cold water to the blender and added everything including a handful of cilantro, more salt & pepper, lime juice, and the chipotle peppers and some of the adobo liquid and blended until smooth!
