6 sweet peppers — washed, halved and seeded
2 tablespoons cream cheese — room temperature
2 tablespoons Feta cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Black pepper
Cream the cheeses and mayo in a bowl. Add the paprika, pepper and parsley. Mix well.
Spoon the cheese into the sweet pepper halves.
