
I made my first salsa today! Tomatoes with green chiles, red onion, cilantro, garlic powder, 3 ghost peppers and 3 habaneros. Maybe should’ve added a bit of sugar.
It is really tasty and the heat is not strong up front but lingers for a good 10-15 minutes. I might never buy store salsa again! And it has that good Mateo salsa consistency.
I am open to suggestions or other good recipes! I will make another batch since I still have some peppers 🙂
