Sinaloa-style tacos, asada and pastor.


Pastor was weirdly good (although can’t be compared to CDMX ones)

But the asada was godly.

Asada toppings: cabbage, red onions and tomato sauce.

Pastor toppings: cilantro and pineapple.

Sides: guacamole, salsa tatemada (verde y roja).
