I wasn't sure how my Scorpions Trinidad would turn out because it's been getting much colder lately but with some inside/outside management to protect it from heavy rain and cold, the bigger and earlier ones are finally starting to ripen ! Once I have harvested the first few it will be smoker time with a few jalapeños for a sauce idea me and girlfriend prepared.
