Got a cravings box and a few other tacos for lunch last week and after I ate two tacos and was opening a sauce packet for the third I noticed movement. I looked closer and saw a handful of what looked like spiders moving around in my taco! Got a video and immediately called customer service. They reimbursed me, but didn’t even care to see the video of it. I asked 3 times if they were going to call the store and let them know so they can inspect and clean it. The customer service rep just said “I’ll let my manager know” and that was it, super disappointing.
