Made another fresh salsa. Wife said last one was too hot but I thought it was perfect 😋
This one had 2 ghost, 2 Hab, and 2 jalapeño. Same other ingredients but added salt, pepper, lime juice.
Next weekend I’ll try roasted salsa!
I can post another ingredient list if anyone wants.
Included a pic of the handy dandy food processor.
I might use less cilantro. It sort of dilutes everything else IMO.
