Could use some extra opinions on this. I’ve been noticing more and more black spots on my pepper plants. The spots are just on the surface and can be easily scraped off with a fingernail which makes me think it could be fungal. Any thoughts on what exactly I’m dealing with? Fixes? Any concerns about eating these peppers if the spots are scraped off and the fruits washed in cold water?
