Question about Underwood Ranch vs. Huy Fong


I deeply apologize for macerating this dead horse, but everything I'm finding online seems to have conflicting, out-of-date, or possibly astroturfed opinions.

Please give it to me straight. Do the Underwood Ranch Farms sriracha and sambal oelek taste like the Huy Fong equivalents? Is there a sufficient taste of garlic and pepper?

The sauce in the Emmymade video looks runnier, and it's making me hesitant to go out of my way to get it. It might be a difference in water content or xanthan gum, though.
