Here is the detailed recipe of crispy potato smiley
*RECIPE*
1. Take 2 boiled mashed potatoes. Add 1 tbsp of kashmiri red mirch, half tbsp of salt, half tbsp of chili flakes, half tbsp garam masala along with 2-3 tbsp of corn flour.
2. Mix it all together.
3. Take a small portion. Spread on the platform and cut in circle shape using bottle cap.
4. For eyes, use pipes and make 2 small holes.
5. For smiley u can use spoon.
6. Fry in medium heat flame till it becomes crispy.
7. Your crispy smileys is ready. Enjoy
