We’re making a delicious, tender, juicy pepper steak quick and easy for dinner tonight. First, we sliced up some beef and marinated the beef to tenderize and add flavor. Then we sliced up some red, green, and yellow peppers and onions. Next we made a flavorful soy sauce to add in while stir frying everything in our Lodge Cast Iron Skillet.

⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 1 Pound of Beef – Sliced Thinly
• 1 Green Pepper – Sliced into Big Chunks
• 1 Red Pepper – Sliced into Big Chunks
• 1 Yellow Pepper – Sliced into Big Chunks
• 1 Yellow Onion – Sliced into Big Chunks
• 1 TBSP of Minced Garlic
• Oil for the Pan

👉Beef Marinade:
• 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce
• 2 TBSP of Red Cooking Wine
• ½ TSP of Black Pepper
• ½ TSP of Baking Soda
• 2 TBSP of Water
• 2 TSP of Cornstarch
• 1 TBSP of Oil

👉Seasoned Soy Sauce:
• 2 TBSP of Oyster Sauce
• 2 TBSP of Soy Sauce
• ½ Cup of Water
• 1 TBSP of Cornstarch
• 1 TSP of White or Brown Sugar
• 1 TSP of Black Pepper
• ⅛ TSP of Salt to Taste

👉Cooking Instructions:
• In an oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef and stir fry quickly for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set it aside. Next, in the same hot pan, add a little more oil, then add the minced garlic and the vegetables and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes or until the onions become a little transparent. Then, turn the heat to low and add the beef back in along with the seasoned soy sauce and mix everything together until the sauce becomes thicker. Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the burner and plate it up and serve.

  1. Today we're making an all-time favorite of ours. Pepper steak that is so tender and juicy you can cut it with a fork. We sliced and marinated the steak for 4 hours to tenderize it, then chopped up some red, green and yellow peppers with an onion. Then we made a delicious, flavorful soy sauce mixture and stir-fried everything together to make a tasty, very flavorful pepper steak for dinner tonight. Enjoy.
