Looks similar to green salsa/[green mexican sauce ](https://www.realcanadiansuperstore.ca/green-mexican-sauce/p/20318656001_EA?source=nspt) to me. It gets its “spice” mainly from mild jalapenos and maybe some of the onion. A good starter salsa imo. But this one looks like they use regular bell peppers instead of jalapeno so i gues the only “spice” actually us from the onion

Lol. How are kids going to develop a tolerance if you don’t start them early?

I think it is a really cool idea so that your child can have their own “hot sauce” to safely use to be like dad or mom.

I imagine this might be nice for difficult eaters. Sneak in some extra veg, all while they’re putting ‘hot sauce’ on their food just like mum ‘n dad.

That’s pretty cool.
My wife and I were very intentional with trying to get our son acclimated to spicey food. We slowly turned the heat up in our meals until he complained about it. Then we would go back to the spice level he tolerated for a little while, and eventually turn it up a little more. Of course I’m talking about the difference between a 2 and a 3 out of 10, but over time it worked. He’s 9 now and has no problem with around a 5.
Another thing we do is is hot sauce tastings for fun. He enjoys little dabs of the spiciest stuff I have once in a while. I’m pretty sure by the time he’s a teenager he’ll have a higher tolerance than me.

Reminds me of stardew valley. [Taco sauce for babies](https://www.reddit.com/r/StardewValley/s/k3RjGs45FX)
Weak bloodline. Give that child a dab of the habanero.
