it tasted extremely delicious. i had difficulty with the tortillas on the pan, getting them to fold correctly with out breaking. i think i need to make my own tortillas next time or use different brand? the broth tastes very similar to the pozole i’ve made before is that accurate flavor for birria? any recommendations would be appreciated:))
