

Including Habaneros, jalapeno(white, red and green) pepperocini. Thai chilli, a few unripe mad shatters and what I think is Aji Amarillo(the yellow thing on the tomatoes) tastes like a spicy lemon.
I'm going to ferment some, vacuum and freeze some and maybe make some powders.
It doesn't look like much in the pictures but this is two seperate 5 lb bags dumped into a giant bowl.
