I grew some aji Amarillo from seed and they've been insanely productive. It's dipping into the low 50s at night (some 5b) and I imagine the season is nearly over. Can I expect these to turn yellow before frost? Or should I bring them in? Not sure how to best ripen these indoors if that's the best route.. TIA!
