
Question 1:
Is it common, uncommon, 50/50 – nobody cares – to put lettuce & tomato on a chorizo y huevo torta?
Question 2:
Shred/chop the lettuce or place full leaves of lettuce on the torta?
I’m not talking preference; I’m looking for what’s most common.
I’ve seen a mix at different taquerias across the country: from Chicago to LA to El Paso & more. Perhaps it just doesn’t matter, similar to putting lettuce & tomato on a burger in USA?
