  1. This is such a wonderful video and you can absolutely tell she loved what she does. Well done Victoria!

  2. So there is no processing? Peppers can be made and used as shown and no canning? That is easy! I guess you need to keep them in the refrigerator?

  3. Most recipes I have seen call for more salt. If the one Tablespoon is enough I will like it better. How long will these keep in the Pantry

  4. One of the FEW recipes for pickling Jalapeno’s that don’t throw in onions, garlic, peppercorn, etc… this recipe tastes AWESOME! A very vinegar based taste. The longer you let them marinate on the shelf, the better the “chew” is. Not too fresh and crispy, just right. My hat off to you chef!

  5. I have like a thick milk bottle I want to use to pickle some Jalepono's, Now it has like a plastic lid. I figure it probably won't break from the hot water but I am concerned about how much care people are taking with sterilizing the jars. Is it that canning is very receptive to Germs??? I mean if I put jalapenos in vinegar and set them in the ice box for a week I wouldn't think it would have got corrupted? But I would like to know before I do this.

  6. You did an awesome job making this video, good fun energy and vibe, Especially enjoyed you stuffing the peppers tight in the jar! I'm definitely going to try your recipe this year, but i have to grow the peppers first 😉
