Beginner Question. Am I doing something wrong? Is this not what I thought it was?

Hi All,

I am new to growing peppers and bought one on a whim to try and grow it on the balcony. The label had said "Scorpion Pepper" but the peppers never turned red? I don't know if I have done something wrong, or if these aren't scorpion peppers.

I would appreciate any feedback or information.
